" * * * " 3 stars. Definitely not a BAD episode [not that I've ever seen a bad episode of the Simpsons] but definitely not the most entertaining episode. It has it's moments.
Dunno why South Park got discussed so much here but I LOVE South Park.

I think the worst episode of the Simpsons is still better than the best episode of South Park. But I'm starting to like Family Guy as much as the Simpsons.
Anyway, this is one of my favorite Lisa episodes. 5 stars
