The problem about this site is that thousands and thousands of people are trying to watch the episodes every minute.. so it becomes almost impossible to watch an episode at this hours at weekends mostly.. I really suggest to the administrator of the site to just let the episodes be accesed by registered users and also charge a small amount of money to the registered useres , maybe 10$ a year, so the traffic of the site could be smaller and everyone could watch the episodes without any problems. Its a win to all of us...
