The 20th season so far has tried my patience with The Simpsons, but finally it seems to be turning around.
The jokes were amusing, there was "less" product placement, and it had an interesting plotline involving sauce. Sauce!
I wouldn't go so far as some to say that it's the best episode ever, but finally the 20th season has something going back to the real heart of The Simpsons.

Hmmm...610. A A fairly amusing episode and cohesive throughout with lots of funny moments. Lisa was very funny without being a snotty know-it-all. She actually seemed like a kid. I liked the opening with all the references to the show's history; still, it needs to end.

Yeh, I competely agree Paul. The last episode was terible, and this was definitely an improvement. They just cant make episodes as good as Lemon of Troy, Raging Abe Simpson, Mountain of Madness and Homer's Enemy anymore. Mainly cos they've already done practically every scenario.

Much better than the last one, but still full of blatent advertising 'HDTV...' As for 'best episode ever', not even close in my view. What about 'Bart vs Australia', 'Homer the Great', 'The Joy of Sect', 'Rosebud', and 'You only move twice'. Episodes from back when The Simpsons were truly brilliant. Is this just my view? Thanks for the site though. Absolutely great.
