Watch 2012 No Loan Again Naturally

When the adjustable rate on Homer and Marge's mortgage resets at more than they can afford, they must put their home up for sale. Good Samaritan Ned Flanders buys the house and rents it out to them at an affordable rate. But Homer pushes his luck too far when he takes advantage of Ned's generous land lording duties.

This site is fantastic. I have nothing but praise for it. Thank you so much!

As for the show itself, it continues to reward people who have watched it since the beginning and people who pay attention to detail. Oh, and who are relatively well-read. I think this season is shaping up very well. This episode, and the whole season, has returned to more realistic and character-driven narratives. And I continue to believe that The Simpsons remains the most detailed, creative and well crafted animation on television, and probably one of the most beautifully done shows on television tout court.

"malbabypink101, you are sick! It disgusts me in every way that you can find a father attempting to kill himself in front of his own children funny!" IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A JOKE BECAUSE COMPARED TO MARGE SHE'S STRONGER THAN HOMER. STOP PUTTING THINGS OUT OF CONTEXT AND GENERALIZING IT.

hmmmm...one of the most boring episodes ever. There was no fun factor. They just treat Flanders bad throughout and Marge's insistent crying just makes this episode worst. The only funny thing in this episode was when Homer didn't know what a home equity loan was. What happened to episodes like Homer and his lobster Pinchy? Now episodes like that were funny! I also notice the new episodes of the Simpsons having more adult theme material in there, this is perhaps a move to gain the audiences of Family Guy which always shows more adult themed jokes. Come on Simpsons, make funner episodes!!!! with better plots! this episode was an epic failure compared to your other seasons!

How come all the episodes I watch get cut off either halfway or 3/4 through the episode? It just stops -- and goes to a play screen as if I paused it.

malbabypink101, you are sick! It disgusts me in every way that you can find a father attempting to kill himself in front of his own children funny! Yes, he may destroy his car in the process but it still one of the least funny parts in the episode.

I barely get a laugh out of the Simpsons anymore. The entire season is just...
dull. I agree with Zerg, it's like they stopped trying. They didn't stop trying, Disney stole most of their best writers and animators back around season 10/11. That's why everything since then has been rubbish compared to the glory days (seasons 5-8). It looks like they might be getting some good writers in finally because this new season is actually making me chuckle a little bit (only a little) but they'll never get back the charm the old episodes got from the animation. THE SIMPSONS WILL NEVER BE THAT GOOD AGAIN. I'm sorry to say it but for consistency South Park has taken over as the king as that's just been getting better and better over the years, kinda the opposite of the simpsons unfortunatly.
