First, I didn't understand it at all, it was just to quick, but if I listened to it a second time I can tell you what they say and it makes some sense.
Krusty welcomes them with the words "Heil, Heil" and Sideshow Mel says "Ach du lieber... Krustys spritzender Gaswasser", Krusty: "Ja ja, Krustys spritzender Gaswasser. Hahaha". I think its a bad joke about the 3rd Reich (German welcomed Hitler with "Heil [Hitler]") and the gasification => Gaswasser (Krusty is a Jew, as we know, and they are making some fun of this, especially about the gasification)...

but they're not even in the same league, family guy got retardedly boring and unfunny after like 2 seasons...in my opinion anyway,
and i've watched 20 seasons of the simpsons,
they're just not the same at all.
i think you're all just overly reading into it and trying to compare them too much or something.
anyway, i would never go to a family guy streaming site and leave bitchy comments about everything i don't like about it,

Best line of the episode, Homer: "America is the New York Yankess of countries; powerful and respected until the year 2000"
