What were those other 3 weddings? i cannot remember them. I agree with simpsoholic - when they cancel this show, it will be the saddest day. I remember crying in the episode when Home ate a poisonous fish and he was suppose to die. I thought it was the last episode. I want another simpsons movie!!!!

ummm...no. The movie is called the Saw. Jigsaw's one of the main characters. Get it right yourself before telling others to do so :)
Too bad I can't see the episode, it just gives me a blank white square. It's the same with all the videos, none of them work anymore. :D

I agree that perhaps they should consider the idea of having 'to be continue' episodes - - - esspecialy for an episode like this one where a 'who shot mr burns' idea could have run on for a while - - -
I was really hoping that we were going to see a wide varity of torture devices implimented upon homer - - - well, torture for HOMEER anyway.
I can picture it now - - - a TV in the room, with a beer and everything... but with a twist!
the tv is playing football - - - but not american foot ball - European ball! and homer is so mad because A: They're speaking English accents (and he of course can't understand a single word) and that they're kicking the ball instead of throwing it - - - oh, and its not ' Duff ' beer, its... ummm... I dunno, Canadian or something.
ok with the Bart 'if mom and dad don't get married, i'll never be born' Homer says basically the same line in the episode where Marge goes on a pretend prom night with Arty Zim "If marge and arty get married, i'll never be born"
But other then my comment about wanting another to be continued, and any other sentence that might have indicated that i am upset with the simpsons in anyway - let me assure you - The day they cancel the Simpsons, will be the day the last shred of my childhood will die.
I've been watching the simpsons for 20 of my 25 years on this planet. I think I might cry more for the loss of them then over all my deceased grandparents combined...(morbid - and sad - i know)

I enjoyed the episode but it would have been more interesting if they hadn't rushed the ending. Even making it a two part story. turning it into a big mystery like "Who shot Mr. Burns"
The Simpson's humor hasn't changed, the audiences has. They seems to be trying to figure out where exactly to go with the series and as a result the episodes tend to be...mixed up, complicated or dull with a few funny moments thrown in.
Maybe it's time for a hiatus and aging the characters by a year or two.
