Ogdenville has been around since 1993 it was first mentioned by lyle lanely in "marge vs the monorail".It then appeared back on the Simpsons in 1996.It wasn't a while until in 2009 and in a recent episode "Eeny Teeny Maya Moe" where maya was from ogdenville.
