After stumbling upon some teenage Wiccans, Lisa accepts an invitation to join their coven. Just before Lisa is inducted Chief Wiggum arrives and arrests the three teens on charges of witchcraft; Lisa becomes the chief witness in the trial. Meanwhile, Homer starts to hang out with his new pal Cletus after discovering the slack-jawed yokel makes moonshine.

Greetings, young one!
Well, for a start I do not know if you're checking up for updates 'round here--or even active at all--anymore, but I will try to answer your questions as well as I can.
First off, there is no need to wait till you're 18 to convert! It does not matter if you're 'officially' wiccan or not, as long as you try to live your life in accordance with the principles of Wicca, you WILL be a wiccan--but you can keep in the broom-closet till you feel more comfortable about it. :)
Now, as to the question at hand; there are two main-branches of Dianic Wicca; one, founded and oft-practiced in Texas, mainly focuses on the Goddess, but also respects the God. This branch, at times called 'Old Dianic', is open to both men and women.
The other branch, which seems to be what you've been presented to, is often called 'Feminist Dianic'. I am not entirely sure if this is the norm or not, but this branch seems to generally only allow women to join.
Now, before you choose one of these two, however, I will advice you to look into the other branches. There are a fair many traditions by now, but the '3 big' are still; 'Gardnerian Wicca', which is the oldest tradition and rather the trunk than a branch; 'Alexandrian Wicca', which closely resembles Gardnerian but tends to be more eclectic and liberal; 'Dianic Wicca', which you, of course, already know. :)
Now, my advise on the matter is to look into the lot of them and pick the one that fits the bill most closely--and mix and match! This is supposed to be YOUR religion, after all! ;)
