Phil Hartman was a hilarious man.. and he tied way too young...
He voiced Troy McClure, Lionel Hutz, and several other very minor characters (such as Lyle Lanley). He was also a regular on Saturday Night Live back in the 90's.
This was not Phil Hartman's last episode-- This is the last appearance of Lionel Hutz, but Troy McClure's last appearance is in season 10 episode 3 "Bart the Mother"
