Comic Book Guy creates a new superhero called Everyman who takes powers from other superheroes. Homer is cast as the lead in the film adaptation. To get Homer into shape, the movie studio hires a celebrity fitness trainer, Lyle McCarthy to help him.[1] Homer gets into great shape, and is really excited, but the film is canceled, and his life falls apart.

And I keep my opinion of you:
I think you are a nerd. But just to say: This is not a real insult, because the definition of "nerd" grants those people a high IQ.
And in my opinion you should at least stop watching the newest seasons, if you think they suck so hard.
And for your information:
The german synchron speaker of Marge died several seasons ago and we accepted the change to another voice.
I think it`s narrow minded to say, that just because the speaker dies the show`ll go down.
Which the Simpsons will never do, because they keep existing in fans like mariellb or some others.
But one point you mention is true:
Homer`s german voice sucks, that is why I stopped watching the show on TV and logged me in to this great site.
And one last thing to add:
I don`t want you to think I have an aversion against you, I`m just telling you what I think.
Maybe you`re a nice guy, but the way you post here makes me doubt it.

The good episodes are just good episodes, they stand the test of time and generally folk agree on the golden age as it were.
